We currently offer 24-hour delivery across Abu Dhabi. For other emirates, get in touch with us to check availability.

2. What’s the minimum order for gelato?

Our custom gelato orders start at 1 kg and go up to 10 kg per flavour. Smaller portions may be available seasonally. 

3. Can I customize the gelato to fit dietary needs? 

Absolutely. You can choose from vegan, keto, lactose-free, and more when placing your order via our gelato builder.

4. I’m a business—how do I place a B2B order?

If you’re ordering larger volumes or need a custom supply plan, head to the Contact Us page and we’ll get back to you with a tailored quote.

5. What products can I buy as a consumer?

You can order gelato and freeze-dried fruits directly through our website within a specific quantity range. Anything beyond that is considered B2B and requires a custom request.

6. How do I store the products after delivery?

Each product comes with specific storage instructions. Gelato should be stored at -18°C, while freeze-dried fruits and precision-cut nuts should be kept in a cool, dry place.

7. Are your products made in-house? 

Yes—all our gelato and food ingredients are made or processed in-house using fresh raw materials and machine-level precision.

8. Can I visit your facility or taste before placing a large order?

Yes, tastings and site visits can be arranged for business clients. Just reach out through the Contact Us form.
